Many first responders experience high rates of mental health challenges including PTSD, anxiety and depression. Their jobs are demanding and often dangerous. With this evidence-based, nationally recognized training, you can help them build the skills to cope.

In this full-day training, you’ll learn how to address mental health and substance use challenges in first responders. Topics include anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicide and addiction.
This is a free, virtual class and registration is required by January 9, 2026. There will be two hours of pre-work required before the 6 hours of virtual training on January 17th. Attendees must complete the pre-work and attend the entire virtual training to receive a certificate of attendance. Please use registration link to register.
