DESCRIPTION:The Minnesota Behavioral Health Medical Reserve Corps is offering a virtual training, called Introduction to Verbal De-escalation. This training will provide participants with an introduction to verbal de-escalation, which is an intervention for use with people who are at risk for aggression.
